1. About the game

Beepville Piko & Pals is a children’s game featuring road building, music, magical surprises, and bubble activities. This page is intended to help parents and guardians find privacy information and contact us about the game.

2. Children’s privacy

The game is directed to children. No online account or child email address is required. A parent can create separate local profiles, choose a profile label and adjust learning, support and sensory preferences. Please use a nickname rather than a child’s full name.

Profiles, learning attempts, progress and settings are stored on the device. They are not transmitted to Hiver Farm for analytics, advertising or AI training. The game does not request access to a camera, microphone, contacts or precise location.

Please do not include your child’s name, birth date, photograph, location or other private details in support messages. Privacy enquiries should be sent by a parent or guardian.

3. Data collection and local storage

Beepville has no third-party advertising, analytics or automatic crash-reporting service. We do not receive child profiles or learning history from normal gameplay. Core play works offline. There are no in-app purchases.

Local records are used to remember road progress, choose suitable activities and show the parent dashboard. Parents can manage, export or delete profile learning data from the Parent Area. Exports are written locally; they are not automatically uploaded.

AI assistance and new AI model downloads are paused in the current Android release. Existing downloaded models and parent preferences are retained locally unless removed. There is no cloud AI fallback. We will update this policy before enabling a feature that changes these network or data practices.

Parent-gated links open external pages in a browser. Like any web request, a page request exposes an IP address and standard request information to its hosting provider. Child profiles and learning history are not included in these links. Google Play operates separately under Google’s privacy policy.

Android cloud auto-backup is disabled in this release. Local records remain until a parent deletes them or clears the app’s storage. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove profiles and road progress; we cannot restore a server copy because we do not hold one. Operating-system device transfer may vary by device.

4. Support enquiries

If you choose to contact us by email, your email address, message, and any attachments are sent to the support team. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and do not use or share it for any other purpose. Share only the information needed to explain your enquiry.

5. This website

The Beepville promotional and privacy pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or data collection forms. Images and styles are loaded from the same site; no external font service is used.

Your language preference is saved in local storage on your device when your browser permits it. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. As with any website, the hosting service receives the IP address and standard HTTP request information when a page is requested; this is used only to serve and secure the site.

6. Parent and privacy requests

Because the game collects no personal data, we hold no records about your child that could be accessed, corrected, or deleted. You are still welcome to use the privacy contact below with any question about our practices. Include the game’s name and avoid unnecessary personal information.
